Gingersnaps!!!

My buddy and me whipped up a batch of super simple Gingersnaps that other night. We were up late working on some pretty ridiculous craft ideas and needed an easy, quick, sugary pick me up. We used this recipe from FoodTv.com. We picked this particular recipe because it doesnt require any refrigeration (like gingerbread cookies usually do). The cookies went quickly and we powered through our craft project and came out with a very decent proof of concept :-)
